Helen's mom's squishy topping 30z butter/marg/vegan marg 1/2tsp vanilla extract 3oz Philadelphia cheese/vegan "cream cheese" 6oz icing sugar Beat together until smooth, gradually adding icing sugar, finally smooth over cake and tuck in!!!
