Choc Chip Cookies
- 125g butter/margarine
- 1 egg
- 175g chocolate, finely chopped
- 50g soft brown sugar
- 150g self raising flour (sifted)
- 50g split almonds (chopped)
- Beat butter/margarine & sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add egg & beat.
- Mix in flour, choc & almonds.
- Place spoonfuls of mixture, well spaced, on greased baking sheets & spread out with a damp fork.
Bake @ 180 C/Gas mark 4 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
